NEW WEBSITE LAUNCHED FOR NAFC

The NAFC Marine Centre launches a new website today (19 December) which showcases the organisation and its comprising departments in a fresh and welcoming style. 

Commenting on the revamped online presence, NAFC Marine Centre director Professor David Gray said: “We’re delighted to launch the new website as one year ends and another begins.  This is an exciting time for the Centre and we hope that the bright and colourful design will project a quality online presence for an establishment that has a lot to be proud of.

“Recently commissioned photography has given the site a new lease of life and, as we continue to build and develop the content, we plan to add new interactive features that will further enhance the visitor’s online experience.  An example of this would be the development of a tool to run alongside our highly successful ‘Seas Around Us’ project with local schools.

“Visitors can also download a copy of our Annual Review for 2007/08, as well as finding out more about each department’s remit, staff profiles, projects and first class facilities.

“Our website is an excellent online tool for promoting our services to a worldwide audience and is a robust medium from which we can develop new business for the future.”
