Port Arthur House, situated within the main college complex, offers:

• Fully equipped, well appointed, self-catering accommodation
• 25 bedrooms with en-suite facilities
• Lift and disabled facilities
• Games room, payphones and laundry
• Staffing 24 hours a day

There is also a swimming pool in Scalloway and, in a beautiful setting with a long and interesting history, the village is an ideal base for walks and other outdoor pursuits, both land and water-based. Port Arthur House is also situated close to the bus route to the main town of Lerwick, where students have access to a wide range of other facilities, including a fully equipped modern sports and leisure centre. Outside accommodation is available locally in the event that Port Arthur House is full.

Please note: As of 1 August 2009, all accommodation is on a self-catering basis. 

Rooms in Port Arthur House are in high demand and any student who wishes to reserve a room should contact NAFC Reception as soon as they have received acceptance on to their course.
